Finally uploaded the coloured version.
The pose was going to be her running and looking back and it was going to look kind of dark and angsty. Then while I was drawing it evolved into this..
The style is similar to Feng, only here I used the vector tools instead of just a posterize adjustment layer, it's much smoother that way. The reason it's not in the vector section is because it's not 100% vector.. ah well.
Somehow I think of those street performers who do tricks with a shiny ball.. letting it roll up and down their arms, and so on. Only this is a magical performer. What do you think, what comes to your mind? Is she casting a spell on someone? Is she hiding something? Is it a dream? Is she good or evil? etc.. Please leave a comment! I'm comment deprived!
